Sagay marine reserve is a 32,000 marine sanctuary and at the center of the coral triangle (center of
biodiversity).
Activities that await our guests include a trip to Suyac Island (awarded as green destination) with century
old mangroves and snacks prepared by the community.
Lunch at Enting’s featuring Mark, a young Kinilaw Master chef (son of Sagay’s pride, Enting) … yes, see how
the best kinilaw in our island is prepared. You may be able to make your own kinilaw from fresh fish to
shrimps.
Head back to Silay and have a traditional family dinner in the abode of Slow Food President, Ms. Reena
Gamboa.

9:00 Suyac Island with Mangrove Tour with snacks
10:30 Depart for the mainland and proceed to the museum.
11:00 Lunch at Enting’s and enjoy the bounty of Sagay.
